SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Selby
Salary: £88 – £110 per day

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a secondary school setting in Selby. This role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting students with additional learning needs and helping them access the curriculum confidently.

Key Responsibilities
* Support students with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assist teachers with differentiated learning activities
* Promote engagement, independence, and confidence
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Requirements
* Experience supporting SEN pupils in secondary schools
* Patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
* Strong communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
