Corporate Security Support – Full Time
Location: Trentham/ Stoke on Trent
Pay Rate: £12.89 per hour (site related pay)
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off nights
Job Description: We are seeking a professional and reliable front of house Security Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position, ongoing support, and opportunities for development within a leading security company.
As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the site, staff, and visitors. You\'ll provide a visible presence, have great customer service skills, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents when required.
Responsibilities
* Provide a visible and reassuring security presence
* Ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property
* Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
* Control access and manage visitors on site
* Write clear and accurate incident and daily reports
Requirements
* Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and reliable – able to work nights
* Professional, punctual, and customer-focused
* Driving license and own vehicle preferred, but no essential
