Our Client is an established interior fit-out construction company based in Leeds now looking for a detail-oriented Sales Co-Ordinator to join their growing team.
You will work with a very experienced team around you including A&D managers, Bid Manager and Estimating gaining exposure to some very exciting projects and building a strong book of contacts.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company CRM system
Review and book in new tender enquiries
Navigate and manage drawing portal systems such as Conquest, Asite, and 4Projects
Maintain and update internal sales reports
Communicate with clients, acknowledging enquiries and raising RFIs
Support with client-facing presentation materials (PowerPoint)
What Were Looking For: Strong administrative or coordination background (construction or fit-out preferred)
Excellent IT skills particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
Experience reviewing online portal systems and handling sensitive data
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
