RG Consultancy are working with a rapidly growing business on a brand-new role for a Management Accountant who wants to develop. You will work for a growing SME within a small finance team, report to and work closely with the Financial Director. You will be responsible for the management accounts, day to day running of the accounts department and oversee a small team of two accounts assistants. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays Free onsite parking Study support Private healthcare Flexible working Training and development Pension scheme Bonus scheme The Role Preparation of monthly Management Accounts Balance sheet reconciliations Bank reconciliations Accruals and prepayments Cashflow processing and forcasting Monthly Profit & Loss VAT Returns Preperation of monlthy payroll Supporting and overseeing an assistant management accountant Supporting with leading projects, company growth and process improvements Assisting with year end and audit preparations Any other tasks to support the Finance Director as required The Person CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified Experienced with managing and overseeing a small accounts transactional team or another member of staff Strong IT Skills inclsuding SAGE 200, SAGE Payroll and strong MS Excel
