RG Consultancy are working with a rapidly growing business on a brand-new role for a Management Accountant who wants to develop. You will work for a growing SME within a small finance team, report to and work closely with the Financial Director. You will be responsible for the management accounts, day to day running of the accounts department and oversee a small team of two accounts assistants.

The Role
* Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Accruals and prepayments
* Cashflow processing and forcasting
* Monthly Profit & Loss
* VAT Returns
* Preperation of monlthy payroll
* Supporting and overseeing an assistant management accountant
* Supporting with leading projects, company growth and process improvements
* Assisting with year end and audit preparations
* Any other tasks to support the Finance Director as required
The Person
* CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified
* Experienced with managing and overseeing a small accounts transactional team or another member of staff
* Strong IT Skills inclsuding SAGE 200, SAGE Payroll and strong MS Excel
