DCS Recruitment currently seek a Senior Estimator (External Works & Hard Landscaping) to join their clients team.
You will:
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
* Lead and mentor junior estimators, supporting their development and improving overall team performance.
* Identify risks and opportunities within tenders.
* Introduce new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and business performance.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within external works and hard landscaping.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
* Excellent communication skills
