Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Sheffield on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be key in growing r2cs commercial presence by bringing in new business partners and by successfully prospecting, selling and on-boarding new clients. Additionally this role will ultimately have some Account Management responsibility. This role will be field based from our Sheffield office, with 4 days per week in the field and 1 day per week in the office. This is a fast paced industry where you will be speaking to businesses to learn more about their needs, and ultimately, determining how r2c can help do them more efficiently and cost-effectively. Your prospecting will pave the way for new business opportunities and will enable you to build and grow your sales skillsets, while positioning yourself as a thought leader within the organization. Required profile: Proven Sales and analytical skills for successful business generation. Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience would be desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and focused, combined with effective organisational and time management skills. Professional demeanour to prospective and current clients coupled with strong listening skills. The ability to work as a team player towards a specific sales goal.
