What you will be doing:
• Handling a dedicated new build caseload from reservation through to completion
• Acting for buyers on plot purchases, part exchange and related transactions
• Liaising with developers, agents and lenders to ensure smooth exchanges within tight deadlines
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate
• Playing a key role in maintaining strong developer relationships
