Responsibilities

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help ensure the store remains commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store
• Perform other duties required by the management team

• Demonstrate customer service skills
• A passion for retail and sales
• Desire to learn
• Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
