About the Role

As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you will support the delivery of quality care. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence, ensuring care standards, motivating the team, and helping residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
* Leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits and supervised clinical practice.
* Checking regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest standards of care.
* Developing and delivering strategies that help achieve organisational goals.
About You
To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.
* Experience helping residents with different health needs.
* Successful track record managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
* HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of sales and marketing.
* Understanding of budget management.
* Track record supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
You should be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
