CREATIVE & CONTENT MANAGER
CREATIVE & CONTENT
Reporting to our Global Director of Marketing, our Creative & Content Manager will work closely with our Global Marketing team to ensure our content strategy drives conversions, sales, and brand recognition while building community with our audiences. You will lead the expansion of the brands’ presence and drive the content strategy to the next level through engaging, visual storytelling, innovative content creation, and breakthrough social media assets to increase user engagement.

Responsible for developing online content strategy for BYOMA.
Lead content team, consisting of 2 creative & content executives specialising in videography and photography, to produce best in class social and digital content
Secure freelance video editors to help amplify digital content efforts
Lead in house content creation to create content that can be communicated across various consumer touch points to drive sales and brand awareness
Work with design and marketing teams to create 360 marketing campaigns that drive awareness and create impact
Liaise with departmental heads to meet asset and content deadlines across the business to support product launches
Provide end to end digital campaign management, creating content inspiration and creative springboards for the rest of the team.
Drive campaign photoshoots, working with content team to create storyboards and get signoff on campaign concepts
Identify models, and talent for brand campaigns and story telling
Coordinate shot lists and content requirement docs for all editorial photo shoots to ensure content is allocated appropriately for digital outlet needs
Ensure that we are telling the brand story and tone through digital first marketing, particularly using social media and influencer marketing
Oversee social content strategy, partnering with brand managers to ensure all content falls within brand guidelines and brand purpose
Ensure global retailer pages are populated with best in class content, working closely with retail marketing and sales to develop phased calendar for asset updates
Quarterly check-ins on retailer content performance, analyzing need for refreshed content based on consumer engagement with assets
Partner closely with design team to ensure brand visuals are aligned across all touchpoints internally and externally
Work closely with design on NPD and seasonal mood boards, working together to bring concepts to life from packaging to retailer pitches
Lead creative direction for social shoots across all brands, targeting quarterly social shoots at minimum, allowing for refreshed social and digital content for organic and paid activities
Understanding of key platforms and relevant content nuances to ensure content execution is relevant to the platform and audience we are trying to reach
Conduct heavy visual research to ensure we’re challenging status quo of social and digital content, jumping on rising trends, and pushing boundaries with the goal of staying ahead of competitive and industry social and content strategy


managing content creation, social media, marketing, advertising, digital media, communications and/or working in a creative environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and confidence in learning new programs
Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro)
Strong writing and editing skills, with good storytelling instincts
Understanding of digital assets production at scale, post production workflow & the technical requirements of digital marketing assets (Incl. video formats, email templates, quality etc.)
Strong people skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to work well with others
