About the Role

* Conducting basic health and safety checks and reporting any issues
* Liaising with contractors and suppliers when required

Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience in caretaking, facilities, maintenance, or a similar role
* Be practical, reliable, and capable of carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
* Have a good understanding of health and safety procedures
* Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Be able to work independently and respond to issues efficiently
* Have good communication skills when working with staff, contractors, and visitors
