What you’ll be doing
* Building and nurturing relationships with SEND schools, alternative provisions, and specialist settings.
* Attracting, interviewing, and supporting high‑quality SEND professionals.
* Matching educators to roles where they can genuinely make a difference.
* Providing consultative advice to clients on staffing, compliance, and workforce planning.
* Managing your own desk with autonomy, accountability, and full support from our leadership team.
* Visiting schools to deepen relationships and understand their unique needs.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in education recruitment, plus a background in SEND, teaching, support work, or pastoral roles being an advantage.

* Strong communication skills and the confidence to build trust quickly.
