Role – Client Manager

The role involves managing client deadlines, coordinating with the team, liaising with clients and senior management, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You will report directly to Senior Managers and Directors.

The main responsibilities include:

* Regular communication with clients, handling queries, and gathering records to meet deadlines
* Reviewing VAT returns prepared by the team
* Conducting brief reviews of client accounts before senior management review
* Preparing accounts up to draft stage for various entities
* Preparing management accounts as needed
* Visiting clients at their premises
* Assisting with work planning and training team members

This is a dynamic role requiring excellent prioritization skills, client management, and teamwork.


Role requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in:

* Client communication
* People management
* Deadline management
* Liaising with senior management
* Teamwork
* Attention to detail

The candidate must be a fully qualified member of a chartered professional body (ACCA, CA, CIMA, ICAEW) and hold a full UK driving license.


Skills and Qualifications

Hardworking, professional, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Qualification through examination with a recognized chartered body.


Remuneration

Annual salary: £36,000 - £43,000 (dependent on experience)

Additional benefits include:

* Option for up to 2 days/week WFH after probation
