Job Description
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and optimize critical business applications. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth system performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and resolve application issues across business systems.
* Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
* Collaborate with teams to improve application functionality and user experience.
* Document issues, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
* Support application deployments, remediation, and maintenance activities.
* Follow SDLC and Agile practices in day-to-day work.
* Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Required Skills
* Strong Java programming skills
* Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, Spring Boot
* Knowledge of JavaScript
* Experience with SQL Server & Entity Framework (Code First)
* Familiarity with Docker & AWS deployments
* Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and testing methodologies
* Exposure to application remediation and support environments
Nice to Have
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
* Good communication and documentation abilities
