This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, project work, and getting out from behind the desk to connect with teams on the ground. This is a true generalist role, but with a major focus on employee engagement and culture. You’ll be the face of the HR function—building relationships, offering guidance, and making sure the people side of the business feels supported and connected. You’ll report into the Head of HR and be supported by a HR Administrator and HR Business Partner. You’ll also work on three exciting and meaningful projects: * Employee Engagement – Driving initiatives to increase connection, feedback, and overall satisfaction. * Management Academy – Helping build and launch a development programme for team leaders and managers. * Company Values Refresh – Supporting the rollout and embedding of a new set of company values across multiple UK sites.
