We are seeking for one of our client an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize their online sales strategy. The role focuses on enhancing the customer journey, boosting online revenue, and managing digital performance across web and marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales.
* Oversee website functionality, performance, and user experience.
* Analyze traffic, conversion, and ROI metrics to inform decision-making.
* Lead SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns.
* Ensure accurate, engaging online product content.
* Maintain consistency with brand and business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party platforms.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 5–7 years’ experience in e-commerce, ideally in travel or tour operations.
* Proficient in Google Analytics, Ads, and CMS tools.
* Digital marketing certifications are a plus.
