The Role
As part of a busy and successful Commercial Property department, you will advise on a broad range of matters, including:
* General commercial property transactions
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals
* Secured lending transactions
* Corporate support work
* Residential and commercial development projects
* The team enjoys long-standing relationships with clients and professional advisers, offering the opportunity to work on high-quality matters while building trusted client partnerships.
