Salary from: £31 054 per year, £597 per week. Paid breaks. Full time/permanent job. We’re looking for a motivated Line Controller to support our Operations Team Leader in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and support your production team to meet line targets.
* Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
* Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork.
* Communicate effectively with your team and management.
* Help train, motivate, and develop your colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
* A team player with good communication and organisation skills.
* Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment (preferred).
* Someone proactive, reliable, and safety-focused.
