Hourly Rate: £13.00-£13.50

Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-15:30
About the role
We are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join, supervise and work alongside your small team in Wickford. You will keep all grounds in wonderful condition for our client, through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and other horticultural duties as required.
Responsibilities
* Supervise the team to ensure grounds maintenance tasks meet quality standards.
* Perform grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and other horticultural duties.
* Ensure tasks are completed to the required standard with attention to detail and a safety conscious mindset.
Qualifications
* Grounds maintenance working experience.
* Proven experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor position within GM or a similar industry.
* Ability to work independently but also as part of a wider team.
* Proficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situations.
* Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitude.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* A full valid UK driving licence essential.
* PA1 and PA6 licences an advantage.
