Customer Service Advisor - Motor Claims
This is an exciting time to join Avant at our growing Repair Network Claims Centre. We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
The main responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor are as follows:
* Motor claim progression by liaising with clients and our network with a focus on taking responsibility for the customer
* Making outbound calls to vehicle body shops to progress vehicle repairs
* Handling inbound calls
* Management of live chat channels
* Responding to emails in a timely manner
* Perform against KPIs – Claim & Call Quality
* Problem solve customer queries and resolve low level complaints
* Escalate complex queries to senior managers
* Some administrative tasks – logging call notes, maintaining database etc.
To be a successful candidate for the Customer Service Advisor role you must:
* Have a resilient and positive attitude
* Take responsibility for the customer
* Previous experience within a call centre environment is an advantage but not essential
* Experience within a customer facing role (telephone or face to face) is essential
* Enjoy communicating with customers and solving any queries
Salary and Benefits:
* £25.4k
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (30 in total)
* An additional holiday day is awarded for each year after 1 years service up to 28 days
