About the Role

We are seeking a Family Support Worker to help develop, organise and deliver high-quality family support services in North Tyneside and Northumberland. * Manage a personal caseload, maintain accurate records, gather feedback, and contribute to evaluations through reports, case studies, and outcome summaries.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the service by identifying areas for improvement, supporting new initiatives, and working collaboratively with team members to enhance support for parents and carers.

* Capable of managing time effectively, handling pressure, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards, with flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
* Confident in using IT systems and CRM databases for accurate record-keeping, data management, and report writing.
* Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented with a strong commitment to equal opportunities, confidentiality, and the empowerment of individuals.
* Knowledge of domestic abuse, experience in multi-agency working and skills in group work and analytical report writing are desirable, but not essential.

Why join us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a compassionate, impact-driven team. You’ll enjoy flexible working arrangements and autonomy in your role, opportunities for professional development and training, a supportive environment and team culture, and the chance to help shape our systems for the better.
