About Us
We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a specialist technical consultancy providing bespoke solutions to solve complex operational problems. As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team.
Role Location
You can work from any of our 6 offices in the UK (including Bristol, Cheltenham & London) or from home, you decide. The role will however require regular meetings with key stakeholders in Bristol.
About The Role
Working as part of CACI IIG Finance team, you will support a rapidly growing multi-million pound business. As a Finance Assistant, you will ensure the efficient and timely completion of both day-to-day finance and operational tasks. You will report to the Senior Management Accountant and work closely with the Financial Operations Manager and the Financial Controller. Key responsibilities include:
* Processing supplier invoices, managing payments, and liaising with the central AP team.
* Chasing weekly timesheets and producing summaries for clients.
* Producing monthly credit card spend summaries and obtaining approvals.
* Setting up new starters on Netsuite and providing training.
* Processing leavers on Netsuite.
* Maintaining project staff details in Netsuite.
* Assisting with debt collection and billing at month-end.
* Providing ad hoc support to the Operations team.
The Fit
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of accounting principles, either as a recent graduate or with previous finance experience. You should have excellent attention to detail, be able to manage multiple priorities, and work under tight deadlines. Good communication skills are essential to support staff across the business. Due to industry requirements, the candidate must be able to obtain high-level security clearance, being a British citizen and having lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
