What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues to deliver strong shift performance
* Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in line with SOPs and customer requirements
* Monitor productivity, quality and service levels, taking corrective action where required
* Deliver shift briefings, coaching and performance feedback to support colleague development
* Work closely with management and support teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within warehousing or logistics
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment
* Good understanding of health & safety and warehouse operational processes
* A proactive, resilient approach with a passion for driving performance and standards
* MHE training or willingness to learn
