Job Role – Parts Advisor
Location – Eastbourne
Salary – Dependant on experience (up to £28,000 OTE)
I am recruiting for a very fast-growing prestigious automotive dealership in the Eastbourne area who are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their successful dealership.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Parts Advisor and proven customer service skills.
Parts Advisor duties include:
1. Handling sales of parts to the public and trade by telephone, fax, and in person at the Retail/Trade Counter, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Supplying parts as requested to the Service Department.
3. Raising and maintaining accurate records as per Company Procedures.
4. Inspecting parts in front of customers as per Company Procedures.
5. Inspecting incoming goods against documentation and reporting discrepancies.
6. Placing incoming stock in correct locations.
7. Picking customer orders and placing them in the correct area with relevant documentation.
8. Reporting and recording any stock discrepancies or damage.
9. Operating computers and machinery according to Procedures/Manufacturers’ instructions.
10. Supporting and implementing the Company’s Quality System.
11. Maintaining cleanliness in the customer area and warehouse.
12. Maintaining a neat personal appearance.
13. Observing all Health, Safety, and Fire Regulations.
Candidate requirements:

* Confident and professional communication skills
* Highly organized
* Previous experience as a parts advisor (preferred)
* Good technical knowledge of vehicles
* Positive, customer-focused attitude
* Valid driving license
