Registered Care Home Manager needed for a Care Home in Eastbourne
Salary: £30,000+ per annum

We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Registered Care Home Manager with strong leadership and management skills. The ideal candidate will have a fantastic background in elderly and dementia care, along with a thorough understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
Located in Eastbourne, this home is an attractive, converted vicarage within a residential area that specialises in the care of adults of all ages who are living with early stage dementia or other mental health conditions. It has 17 well presented bedrooms that provide a home to all of its residents.
Key requirements for Care Home Manager Role:
To excel in this role, we are seeking a Registered Care Home Manager with the following qualifications and qualities:
* 2+ years of managerial experience within an Elderly Care Home setting
* Have a good understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, safeguarding and care plans
* NVQ level 5 or equivalent or Nurse Qualified
* CQC Registered

As a Care Home Manager, you will be a key leader within a caring and dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Being responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs
* Effectively managing your staff, providing guidance and on-going supervision and support, recruiting and onboarding new staff.
* Ability to prepare monthly reports collected for the Board of Directors and the Care Quality Commission
* Ensuring the company’s high standards are consistently maintained across the service
