What You’ll Do: Become the Registered CQC Manager, ensuring compliance with NHS and CQC standards. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting IC24’s values: Respect, Innovation, Care, Excellence. Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and service quality. Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships across PCNs, ICBs, and local Federations. Oversee health & safety, sustainability, and building compliance. Manage patient experience, audits, complaints, and workforce planning. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership in primary care or healthcare management. Knowledge of GMS, NHS contracts, and CQC regulations. Strong people, change, and finance management skills. Ability to manage multiple sites, while maintaining operational quality and standards. A strategic, patient-focused mindset with a passion for community care. Practical experience with clinical information systems. Who are we?
