Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management and coordination of multiple projects across the healthcare and commercial sectors.
* Support senior project managers in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and contract administration.
* Liaise with internal design teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain an understanding of design, technical, and sustainability considerations across all stages.
Successful Assistant Project Manager
* Ideally degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
* Experience working on healthcare, commercial, or similar building projects within a consultancy or design environment.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive, detail-focused approach.
* A genuine interest in design and the built environment.
* Working towards, or interested in pursuing, professional accreditation (APM, RICS, or similar).
