We’re looking for an exceptional Digital Construction & Transformation Lead to work in our Commercial and Delivery business — from strategy and inception, all the way through to Go-Live and benefits realisation to end delivery of major transformation initiatives — from strategy and inception, all the way through to Go-Live and benefits realisation to end delivery of major transformation initiatives — from strategy and inception, all the way through to Go-Live and benefits realisation.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in helping the Capability team achieve its £350m efficiency target, identifying opportunities where Digital Transformation and AI can unlock real, measurable cost savings and operational improvements.
The successful candidate will build andmaintaina positive team culture that supports personal development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Take overall accountability for delivering the transformation of our Commercial and Delivery business, ensuring projects are completed on time and that cost benefits are realised for the organisation - from discovery and design through to implementation and benefit realisation.
* Demonstrate commercial and construction expertise to identify new opportunities for transformation.
* Provide programme leadership to ensure the successful delivery of the Transformation portfolio, driving outcomes that align with business priorities.
* Oversee full end-to-end delivery of new transformation and change initiatives at programme level — from discovery and design through to implementation and benefit realisation.
* Act as an innovative thought leader, working with Strategy Leads and Business Leads across all directorates to drive transformational change and promote organisation wide collaboration.
* Build and maintain a high-performing team through clear goal-setting, regular feedback, and effective performance management.
* Quantify and clearly communicate technology programme benefits to senior leadership, securing buy-in and shaping future investment decisions.
Whatwe’re Looking For
Experience in a proven leadership of technology transformation programmeswithin the Engineering/Construction sectoranddemonstratinganexpertiseinbuilding new innovative solutions and delivering to successwould berequired. Having leadership experience at a startup with a fast-paced culturewould beadvantageous.
