About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and friendly Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right solutions.
You'll be supporting new business growth by creating and managing enquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining great relationships with clients. We're a professional but down-to-earth team, and our office dogs add a bit of extra character to the place.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products or services.
* Prepare quotes and proposals as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
* Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth process for customers.
* Seek out new opportunities for business leads.
* Achieve individual targets with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Attend networking events or trade shows when required to support business growth.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in sales, business development, or customer service (B2B preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, professional, and approachable.
* Organised with good attention to detail.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
* Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is desirable.
