Description Portray a positive image of the company and its values in a professional manner at all times Assist with recruitment and manage the onboarding, and leaver processes, ensuring a seamless experience Administer offer letters, contracts, and deliver People inductions Maintain employee records, monitor absence levels, and oversee the annual leave process Coordinate and administer employee training and driver compliance Prepare monthly employee data for payroll Co-ordinate and report on monthly people KPI data Create and maintain group people policies and procedures, ensuring EDI suitability as appropriate Responsible for management of the head office, including liaising with building management, Health & Safety compliance and office supplies Profile A successful Group People Officer should be able to demonstrate the following: Be able to communicate well both in writing and orally Bee well organised and have excellent time management skills Have excellent numerical and literacy skills Confidentiality and discretion Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Exceptional attention to detail Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and MS Teams Highly organised and adept at multitasking Excel at managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines Job Offer A competitive salary of £27,000 TO £30,000 per annum, including benefits.
