Previous experience of carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance of Air Conditioning Units (CRAC), Split A/C, HVAC plants, chillers, cold containment aisle, cooling towers, annual inspections and services, water leak detection systems, single and 3-phase power and distribution, BMS monitoring, pumps, motors, valves, fire alarm systems, and all general electrical and mechanical however mainly focussing on The Senior Engineers will need to be keen, a good cultural fit in terms of getting with the existing team, technically orientated with an appetite to learn more have good hands-on maintenance experience. You will need to have a minimum of City & Guilds qualifications or an apprenticeship. Ideally, it would be advantageous to have previous Critical Environment experience, but it is not essential.
