The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
* Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting performance targets and providing guidance to maximize their potential.
* Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
* Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.
* Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Budget Management: Manage the sales budget efficiently and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
* Sales Training: Organize and conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Managing a team of 11-50 people.
The Profile
* You have at least 3 years experience within a Sales / Relationship Manager or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
* You are a strong networker & relationship builder
* You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
* You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
