Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the EMEA North Region on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The role reports to the Marketing Director for EMEA North and works closely with the other regional marketing teams across EMEA.
What You Will Do
* EMEA North Direct Marketing Lead – develop and execute on the plan for targeting end users across the EMEA North region with the inclusion of campaigns managed centrally, as well as regional specific initiatives, such as local campaigns and events.
* Maximising Demand Generation - take responsibility for demand generation for EMEA North, ensuring tracking and reporting on OKRs each quarter. Constantly review what is working, dig into patterns, issues and investigate problems in lead generation and conversion. Work closely with the EMEA Sales Development Director to maximise the ROI from MQLs and what Marketing can do to drive greater success.
* Work with the sales team to develop customer case studies – owning the end-to-end creation of video and written case studies, as well as looking at other opportunities for maximising customer advocacy.
* Drive lead generation and awareness through regional programmes across external media agencies, ABX campaigns through 6sense and lead nurture.
* Sales Alignment – Build stakeholder relationships with the high-touch sales management team within EMEA North. Ensure that the full program of marketing activities (e.g. corporate campaigns, local campaigns, virtual events, face-to-face events, digital marketing and telemarketing) fulfils their requirements and supports them in achieving their quarterly sales targets.
* Planning, Reporting & KPIs - Ensure a clear program of activity is planned for each quarter and report back on results.
* Budget - Effectively manage and report on the marketing budget you own, ensuring all spend generates a clear ROI and is linked to agreed OKRs for EMEA North.
* Work effectively as part of the Field Marketing team contributing to overall team success and suggesting improvements to maximise performance.

* Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
* Project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders
* Experience of tracking and reporting on marketing activities using Power BI
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Educated to Degree level - Marketing or Business preferred
* Marketing qualification CIM or equivalent (or working towards) preferred
