We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to support on projects across Exeter/Taunton. You will be working for a well-respected Tier 1 contractor who is increasing their Southwest presence. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of complex, high value schemes across the Southwest. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design process across multiple projects Coordinate design information between consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and buildability Support tendering activities, including design risk assessments and value engineering proposals Ensure design deliverables meet programme, cost, and quality targets What's in it for you?
