What You'll Be Doing: Supporting learners with a wide range of needs - from complex learning difficulties to varying communication styles Working in one of the Trust's 10 colleges or 14 SEN academies Delivering one-on-one and small group support Helping create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Weekly Pay: £450 - £600, depending on experience and placement Who We're Looking For: A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN Experience in education, care, or support roles (a bonus, not a must!)
