We are setting a new industry standard by supercharging our Mortgage and Protection Experts with AI and automation, combining cutting-edge technology with elite human advice.


The Role

We are looking for a strategic partner to our Growth & Development Manager. Someone who wants to do more than deliver training programmes. This role is about influencing change, challenging behaviours, and creating meaningful business-wide impact.


You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, identifying opportunities for improvement, solving business problems proactively, and turning ideas into action across the organisation.


Your Three Pillars of Impact


1. The Onboarding & Certification Machine

You will own the Mojo DNA induction, delivering tailored, high-impact sessions for both Core and Certified employees. This includes running our flagship full-week programme for certified staff (typically groups of 5-10), covering company setup, expectations, and systems training to shorten the time to competency. You’ll also oversee the Certification Checklist, ensuring all regulatory and compliance activities are completed, logged, and reviewed in preparation for oversight by the G&D Manager.


2. AI Integration & Training Innovation

At Mojo, AI is our co-pilot. You will define how AI impacts roles across the business, facilitating training with Subject Matter Experts to foster a culture where employees use LLMs effectively. You’ll own our learning platforms - Sana - creating structured growth journeys and ensuring all materials remain current on our intranet (Our Mojo). You’ll continuously leverage AI-driven tools to enhance engagement, streamline delivery, and maximise learning impact.


3. Strategic Partnerships & The ME Academy

You are the vital bridge between Mojo and our growth partners, driving excellence across our entire advisory community. While you will champion the ME Academy to guide apprentices through CeMAP, your impact extends to our established Mortgage and Protection Experts, providing the advanced coaching and tools they need to maintain Elite status.


You’ll collaborate with SimplyBiz, Simply Academy, and our network of lender and insurer BDMs to curate high-impact training that addresses knowledge gaps and regulatory shifts. Partnering with the G&D Manager and the wider RVU Group, you will align processes to ensure every development session delivers maximum value with minimum time away from our North Star work.


The Requirements


* Culture of Change: In line with our Mojo culture, you are someone who identifies problems and proposes solutions, rather than waiting for instructions.
* Domain Expertise: You possess strong knowledge in Mortgages and/or Protection (Income Protection, Life, and Critical Illness). You can confidently articulate their value and coach others to deliver elite advice.
* Qualifications: You are CeMAP qualified OR have sufficient industry experience (e.g., underwriting, case management, or a lender background).
* Strategic L&D Background: Proven experience in L&D with a track record of designing programs that demonstrate clear ROI. You want to elevate your career from delivery to the strategic side of growth.
* AI Curiosity: We are looking for more than generic answers. You should have a natural inquisitiveness for AI - both professionally and personally - and a vision for how it can transform learning.
