Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at SRL LTD. This role is produce some basic drawings, essential for supporting our administrative operations and enhancing our workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission by ensuring smooth office processes.
Responsibilities
* To produce basic drawings to support our needs.
* Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
* Handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
* Organize and schedule appointments as needed.
* Prepare documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Support the administrative team with clerical duties.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.

* Qualifications
* Proven office experience with strong administrative skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
* Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
