We are looking for a reliable and friendly School Receptionist to join a welcoming and busy school office in Lincolnshire for the winter term. This is a temporary role covering from 3rd November to 19th December, offering a great opportunity to work in a supportive and rewarding school environment.
Responsibilities
* As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, you\'ll play an important role in ensuring the school runs smoothly day to day. Duties include answering calls and emails, greeting visitors, handling enquiries, maintaining records, and supporting general administrative tasks around the office.
Qualifications
* Professional, approachable, and organised
* Confident using computers and office systems
* Able to communicate clearly with pupils, staff, and parents
* Experienced in administration or customer service (school experience is a bonus!)
