* Position: Robot Welder
* Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour
* Shifts: 2-shift rotation (6.00am–2.30pm / 2.30pm–11.00pm)
* Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role:
* Operate and monitor robotic welding machinery
* Perform accurate welds on components with varying material thicknesses
* Remove spatter during cycle time
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and interpret technical drawings
* Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
* Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
* Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations
About You:
* Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment
* Ability to use manual power tools confidently
* Strong understanding of technical drawings and SOPs
* Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* Basic manual welding skills – desirable but not essential
