The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales delivery and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities as Sales Manager Deliver and execute the agreed commercial strategy Lead, develop, and performance-manage the sales team Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and pipeline delivery Oversee key client relationships, tenders, and high-value opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to optimise capacity, pricing, and service delivery Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement Skills & Experience Senior sales or commercial leadership experience (3 years) within a group/ multi-site organisation.
