About Us:Cleartech Communications Ltd. is a leading provider of innovative communication solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Manager to lead a small, motivated team focused on booking meetings for our field sales team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Development: Manage and motivate a small telemarketing team to meet and exceed KPIs. Lead by example, ensuring that your team delivers results while fostering a positive, results-oriented environment.
2. Booking Meetings: Play an active role in telemarketing by directly booking meetings with prospective clients and demonstrating best practices to your team.
3. Target & KPI Management: Drive the team to hit and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Regularly track performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure all targets are met.
4. Incentive Management: Track, manage, and develop incentive schemes that motivate the team to achieve their goals. Create innovative initiatives to keep the team engaged and productive.
5. Team Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the team both in size and capability. Identify opportunities for skill development and team optimization.
6. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on team performance, metrics, and sales conversions. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive continual growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in telemarketing and team management, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of driving team success.
* Target-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work on the phone and actively participate in booking meetings.
* Ability to create and implement effective incentive programs.
* A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
