Spire Murrayfield Hospital is looking for a Medical Records Administrator to join on a permanent basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Compilation of procedure specific medical records, prepare records for clinics and theatre lists
2. Ensuring records and documentation are supplied when required
3. Assisting with storage, retrieval and collection of medical records
4. Assisting with departmental filing
5. Assisting with patient requests for copies of notes
6. To undertake any relevant training to assist with smooth running of the department
7. To undertake any duty as deemed necessary
