Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Dragonfly Neurodiversity Ltd, located in Felixstowe. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the team, coordinating projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining relationships with partners and clients. The role also includes strategic planning, problem-solving, and performance monitoring to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Experience in team management, project coordination, and daily operations oversight
* Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain client relationships
* Proven performance monitoring and organizational skills
* Relevant experience or qualifications in management or a related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge or experience in the neurodiversity sector is a plus
