About the Role.
We’re looking for an experienced EL/PL Claims Handler to join our client’s growing commercial claims team. You’ll manage Employers’ and Public Liability claims across a diverse mid-market portfolio, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused resolution. What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling a caseload of EL/PL claims from notification to settlement
• Investigating liability, gathering evidence, and assessing quantum
• Liaising with brokers, clients, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing Employers’ and Public Liability claims
• Strong technical knowledge of liability law, claims processes, and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A customer-centric approach with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
