Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Hub Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school in Oswestry. This full-time, long-term position will see you working in our SEN Hub, providing essential support to children with a variety of needs, across all year groups.

What We're Looking For:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning (or a related field).
Experience working with SEN students: You'll have experience supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs, whether on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Adaptability: Comfortably working across all year groups, with flexibility to meet the individual needs of each student.
Team player: You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, working with teachers and other support staff to ensure every student has the best chance to succeed.
Commitment to inclusion: You're dedicated to making sure every student feels valued and supported, and you're passionate about helping them achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to SEN students within the SEN Hub, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed in their learning.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement strategies and interventions tailored to the needs of students.
Support the emotional, social, and academic development of students with SEN, promoting inclusion and positive well-being.
Assist in preparing learning materials and creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for all students.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCOs to help inform their development.
