What You Will Do
Working within the Learning and Development team as part of the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Development, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to meet customer needs and expectations.
1. Providing support to Senior Management within the department.
2. Coordinating administration of learning programmes and liaising with Learning and Development Advisors and other stakeholders.
3. Assisting in project administration within the Learning and Development Department.
4. Administering learning and development support in accordance with quality procedures.
5. Supporting systems such as iMatter, LearnPro eLearning Platform, LearnPro Course Booking System, Turas Learn, and TURAS Appraisal.
The post will be based mainly at the Training Centre, Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine, with potential support at Education Centres in Crosshouse and Ayr.
Hours and Requirements
Hours: 37 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-4.30pm Friday.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership: Essential for this role.
