With recent expansion initiatives underway, they are currently seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Business Development Manager to join the team in Stockport. Job Description: As the Infrastructure Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives within the organisation. Working closely with the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for co-creating, implementing, and refining Go-To-Market strategies tailored to our clients, utilising a proven framework (MEDDICC). In addition to the base salary, this position offers an OTE package, providing the opportunity to earn an extra £35,000 - £45,000 in commission annually. This commission is based on achieving set performance targets and driving successful business outcomes. Your day-to-day duties will include: Crafting and executing profitable business plans for infrastructure solutions in collaboration with the sales leadership team. Maximizing sales efficiency and effectiveness through appropriate enablement and solution support. Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and manufacturers. Serving as the voice of the customer by providing valuable insights to the company's supporting teams. Ensuring adequate pipeline coverage across designated territories and proficiently maintaining customer records in the CRM system. Leading engagement efforts with alliance partners to develop unique solutions and campaigns. Candidate Specification: Essential Requirements: Previous experience with a systems integration business. Demonstrated track record of achieving targets. Proficiency in end-user selling. Experience in solution selling. Ability to assess position value and construct cost-benefit business cases for potential customers. Proven success in lead generation. Deep understanding of the data and fibre industry. Possession of a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle. Minimum of 5 years of account management and business development experience. Based in the Northwest of England. Desirable Requirements: Additional qualifications or certifications related to business development or sales. Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the infrastructure sector.
