We are seeking motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils within EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. We offer a wide selection of roles, including daily supply, short-term assignments, and long-term positions, providing flexibility to match your availability and professional ambitions. This opportunity is well suited to experienced Teaching Assistants, Level 2 or Level 3 qualified practitioners, graduates exploring a future in teaching, or candidates with strong transferable experience. Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities Deliver effective classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Provide focused 1:1 and small group support in literacy and numeracy Support the delivery of phonics programmes such as Read Write Inc. or similar Assist with lesson preparation, classroom setup, and learning resources Support pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs Apply behaviour management strategies in line with school policies Promote engagement, independence, and positive learning attitudes Supervise pupils during transitions, break times, and enrichment activities Observe, assess, and provide feedback on pupil progress Teaching Assistant – Candidate Requirements ...
