Role: Veterinary Client Care Receptionist
Type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours a week over 5 days, including every other Saturday.
All applications will start to be reviewed from 6th November onwards. The advert will be closed as soon as sufficient applicants have been received.
Responsibilities
* Telephone answering
* Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly, professional manner
* Managing appointments and client records efficiently
* Handling payments
* Use of multiple IT platforms
* Interaction with clients and pets
* Assisting with queries
* Ordering, cleaning and general administration tasks.

* Excellent communication and IT skills – both internally and client‑facing, ability to leave a positive impression on digital platforms
* Quick learning
* Punctual, efficient
* Ability to work both as a team and independently
