About the Role:
The Best Connection are looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join our busy team in South Birmingham.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling domestic products, using power tools, and preparing products for dispatch. You'll play a vital part in making sure the high-quality products are ready to ship to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assembling products to specification
* Cutting materials accurately and safely
* Using hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
* Picking and packing orders
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a hands-on or manufacturing role is preferred
* Comfortable using power tools and handling materials
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and meet production targets
* Physically fit and able to handle manual work
* A team player with a positive attitude

Pay Rate
* £12.21
⏰ Hours of Work
* 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
